As a Tactile Travel client, the information you share with us is treated with utmost discretion. We will not share or sell your information to outside parties for commercial purposes. All information will remain confidential, and divulged only for the required purposes of your trip (e.g., for hotel registration). If you would like to receive ongoing information about Tactile Travel, let us know, and we will keep in touch.
Are Tactile Travel tours accessible to special needs?
Italy is not an easy country for those with mobility concerns. Uneven pavements, lack of wheelchair ramps or elevators can make travel difficult. If you have special needs, let us know in advance so we can best serve you. This is especially important before choosing a tour.
What arrangements are available for single travellers on Tactile
Travel tours?
All tour prices are based on double occupancy accommodations. Single occupancy rooms are available for a supplemental price. If you would like to share a room with another Tactile Traveler on a Tactile Travel tour, let us know when you register. We do attempt to match same gender singles who would like to pay the double occupancy rate. If we cannot find a match, you will get a private room at the single occupancy rate.
Can I request special meals during my tour?
If we know in advance, we can ask our suppliers to accommodate vegetarians. Contact us if you have special dietary needs or allergies. And don't forget to reserve a special menu for your flights to Italy.
What should I pack?
When we receive your tour payment, you will receive information about what to bring (and what to leave at home).
Is airfare included in the tour price?
No. We believe it leaves you more flexibility to organize your own airfare. By arranging your own transport (airfare or other), you can arrive earlier, leave later or stop off in places you choose. For Italian itineraries and reservations, contact us.
